Welcome to Your Path to Healing & Connection

Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unhappy in your relationship?
Life’s challenges—whether past trauma, relationship struggles, or changes in intimacy—can leave you feeling lost, uncertain, or alone. Maybe you’re struggling with low libido, painful intimacy, or emotional disconnection from your partner.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Healing is possible.

How I Can Help

Couples Therapy • Sex Therapy • Trauma-Informed Healing

I’m Rachel Boyle, a Licensed Couples and Individual Therapist dedicated to helping couples and individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging seasons with clarity, compassion, and practical tools for lasting change.

I specialize in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a powerful approach for couples who feel stuck in cycles of disconnection, miscommunication, or resentment. RLT goes beyond quick fixes—it helps you and your partner uncover the deeper patterns that keep you from feeling close and teaches you how to repair, rebuild trust, and reconnect.

In addition to couples therapy, I work extensively with women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. These transitions can bring mood shifts, relationship strain, and changes in intimacy that are often overlooked or misunderstood. Together, we’ll address the physical, emotional, and relational impact so you feel supported—not dismissed—during this important stage of life.

As a sex therapist, I support clients in addressing the tender intersection of desire, intimacy, and relational health. Whether you’re navigating mismatched desire, painful experiences with sex, perimenopause/menopause or simply wanting to rediscover pleasure and connection, I provide a safe, shame-free space to talk about the things that often go unspoken.

My approach is deeply trauma-informed. With advanced training in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Parts and Memory Therapy, I help clients heal from painful experiences that may show up as anxiety, emotional triggers, or difficulties in intimacy and trust. This work is designed to honor your nervous system, restore balance, and build resilience.

Whether you’re a couple wanting to repair your bond, or an individual navigating the challenges of midlife, I bring a compassionate, direct, and evidence-based approach to guide you toward a healthier relationship—with yourself and with others.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s find the path forward, together.
